Catherine Tibbs joined Live Oak Writing Project in 2002. What began as a part-time, "as needed" position changed quickly as Catherine developed the Staff Development/Inservice portion of the project's work. Her experience with NWP began in 1994 when she was a fellow at the Mississippi State University Writing Project. She is now a full-time employee of LOWP and a certified school teacher. |
