Vice President

The vice president shall succeed to the office of president elect upon the termination of the president elect’s term of office. Shall served as the conference chairman.

Secretary

The secretary shall keep an accurate record of the proceedings of the Association and the Board of Directors and shall furnish copies fo the minutes of each meeting to the Board of Directors within six weeks following the meeting. Executive Committee meetings are called by the Presidents. Elected officers attend and others the president deems necessary. Minutes are recorded and kept in teh secretary's possession until released by teh president. Item(s) discussed in Executive Committee meetings are nto discussed outside the committee. The President, at her discretion, may discuss the meeting. Action and/or non-action taken by the committee is submitted to the Board of Directors by the President, if necessary.

Directors

Each director shall be appointed to chair a committee.
