· Conduct research, development, testing
and evaluation (RDT&E) on the capabilities,
limitations, and interoperability of electronic
charting systems, data, display, and updating
services required for the marine industry, U.S.
Navy and Allied operations.
· Serve as an information clearinghouse
and demonstration center for electronic charting
technology and systems.
