A graduate degree in Mathematics provides access and opportunities in a variety of disciplines; it is also the basis for careers in the mathematical sciences.

Our graduate program in mathematics is designed to provide students options for further study in mathematics. Our doctoral program is aimed at students interested in applied and computational mathematics.

Prospective students can either apply online or download the application forms.

The Department of Mathematics offers the master of science degree with an emphasis in computational mathematics. It also offers the doctor of philosophy degree in computational science with an emphasis in computational mathematics. In addition, it offers through the Center for Science and Mathematics Education the doctor of philosophy degree in science education with an emphasis in mathematics.
