The Lawrence C. Albers Film Scholarship
This scholarship is given to a senior whose emphasis are is film. They must have a 3.0 G.P.A. in RTF courses and an overall G.P.A. of 2.5. >>Click here to apply<<

The Andrew C. Austin Memorial Scholarship
This is annual scholarship to a junior or senior majoring TV-Production with a G.P.A. of 2.5 or better. >>Click here to apply<<

The Frank Buckley Scholarship
This scholarship was set up to provide aid to capable and deserving students majoring in the School of Mass Communication and Journalism with an emphasis in news editorial. >>Click here to apply<<

The Robert C. Cook Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship goes to a student majoring in Journalism (News Editorial, Photojournalism, or Public Relations) with a minimum G.P.A. of 3.5 in the major, and a 3.0 overall G.P.A. Students need to apply for this scholarship by completing the departmental application and the 2008-2009 FAFSA. >>Click here to apply<<

The Jeff Cropco Memorial Scholarship
Provides scholarship support to students involved with The Student Printz at The University of Southern Mississippi. The student must be the current Sports Editor of The Printz, however, it is not necessary that he/she have a declared majored in the School of Mass Communication and Journalism. This scholarship is awarded in the fall semester of every year. Contact Mandy Nace at Amanda.Tilley@usm.edu for more information.

The Staci Cochran Davis Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship to a junior majoring in advertising who demonstrates financial need and maintains a minimum 3.0 G.P.A. Students who want to apply for this scholarship should complete their 2008-2009 FAFSA and the departmental scholarship. >>Click here to apply<<

The Michael Fatherree Memorial Scholarship
Provides a scholarship to a deserving junior or senior journalism student within the public relations emaphasis area. The minimum overall G.P.A. required is 3.0. >>Click here to apply<<

The Tom Fredian Memorial Scholarship
Provides aid to a student majoring in journalism, communications, or public relations. Graduate and undergraduate students can apply for this scholarship, but in order to receive the funds the student must be enrolled in 6 semester hours at the Gulf Park Campus. >>Click here to apply<<

The Melanie and Bill Hunsberger Scholarship
This scholarship is given to a worthy and qualified student majoring in either public relations, news editorial or photojournalism. >>Click here to apply<<

The Leonard Lowrey Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship provides direct aid to students who demonstrate a need financially, have an interest in journalism, and show high potiental in the fields of journalism. Students need to apply for this scholarship by completing both the departmental application as well as their 2008-2009 FAFSA either online or through Financial Aid. >>Click here to apply<<

The Milly East Martin Memorial Scholarship

The Tarsha McLaurin Annual Scholarship
This scholarship will go to a minority student majoring in journalism. The student should be either an upcoming junior or senior and have a G.P.A. of 2.5 or better. >>Click here to apply<<

The Mississippi Power Company Endowed Scholarship
Mississippi Power established this scholarship to provide support to full-time undergraduate students enrolled at The University of Southern Mississippi majoring marketing, accounting, computer science, business administration, advertising, communication or journalism with an emphasis in public relations. Students must be residents of Mississippi. A 3.0 G.P.A. is required. Students must complete the 2008-2009 FAFSA and the departmental scholarship in order to apply. >>Click here to apply<<

The Damian E. Morgan Scholarship in Photography
This is to provide scholarship support to a junior, senior, or graduate student studeying photography. Applicants must provide a mini-portfolio of 5 prints to the School of Mass Communication and Journalism upon applying. >>Click here to apply<<

The Marvin & Betty Reuben Scholarship
The purpose of this scholarship is to provide aid to an outstanding student majoring in broadcasting in the School of Mass Communication and Journalism. Upon being selected for this scholarship, the student will be designated as the Marvin Reuben Hub City Award. >>Click here to apply<<

The W. C. Shoemaker Journalism Scholarship
