Graduate Students

Prospective Graduate Students interested in pursuing a Ph.D. degree in Polymer Science and Engineering, Chemistry/Biochemistry, Physics, Biological Sciences, or other MRSEC related discipline are encouraged to apply through the USM Graduate Studies website.

Applications are available online. Be sure to indicate your field of study on your application. Each application should contain undergraduate transcripts, GRE scores, three letters of recommendation, and appropriate application fees. Partial applications will not be accepted. Each discipline has stipends that are compatible with national standards.
