Audition Requirements
All prospective students are strongly encouraged to visit the Southern Miss campus and perform a live audition. In addition to your audition, you may have the opportunity to see Technique and/or Performance Class, orchestra rehearsals, chamber music coachings, and interact with current students. If you are unable to audition in person, you may submit CD, DVD or make a YouTube submission to the e-mail address below. Please make a high-quality recording to best represent your performance.
Audition requirements:
1. A concerto movement
2. Two contrasting movements of unaccompanied Bach
3. An etude, concert piece, or sonata movement
