APPLICATION / AUDITION INFORMATION
UNDERGRADUATE AUDITIONS
Undergraduate auditions may be arranged by contacting Mr. Holden directly. Live auditions are preferred, but audio or video audition submissions are accepted. Audition materials should include two contrasting solos from the core clarinet repertory. Sight reading may be requested.
GRADUATE AUDITIONS
Graduate students must audition for acceptance into the music program. Please contact Mr. Holden for more information. Live auditions are preferred, but audio or video audition submissions are accepted. Audition materials should include several contrasting works and several orchestral excerpts from the core repertory, together constituting twenty to thirty minutes of music. Accompaniment is suggested but not required.
Graduate music majors are eligible to audition for graduate assistantships, the benefits of which include waived tuition costs and a monthly stipend.
