Cancellation/No Show Policies
Cancellations must be made one week prior to event or the deposit will be forfeited. An alternative date may be substituted. In the event of a “no show,” there will be no refund of rental fees.
Fees
Student groups - $300 per day
Off-campus groups - $1,000 per day
Holiday rate (Holidays are defined by any official holiday observed by the university.) - $1,500 per day
Payment is due when the reservation form is submitted with the exception of organizations paying via a university budget. Those will be billed from the Dean’s office of the College of Arts and Letters.
Undue or excessive need for cleaning will result in a fee of upward to $150.00. Replacement and repair costs will be the responsibility of the renter. Need for cleaning, replacement, and repair will be the decision of the Dean of the College of Arts and Letters and the Auditorium Manager.
Equipment
Equipment available in the facility is limited to existing lighting and a one-microphone sound system. Additional sound equipment must be obtained from Physical Plant. Additional sound, lighting, or other equipment is the responsibility of the renter. Technical assistance personnel must be approved by the auditorium manager.
