1) once you arrive at this "ocean" address "click" on "current feed"

2) then "click" on "open in itunes"

3) go to the podcast folder in itunes

4) "right click" on "PSY 426 Behavioral Neuroscience" and choose "update podcast"

5) from the drop down (triangle) menu on "PSY 426 Behavioral Neuroscience" you can also choose "get podcast"
6) if you have trouble seeing the visual part of the podcast in itunes go to "view" and choose "show artwork"
