Gulf Coast Students Selected for 2012-2013 Whos Who

The University of Southern Mississippi has selected 14 students earning their degrees from the Gulf Park campus for the 2012-2013 Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.

Students were selected based on leadership, extracurricular activities and community contributions throughout their academic career. Additionally, students must graduate in the current academic year. Undergraduate students are required to have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 and graduate students must have a minimum grade point average of 3.75.

The university recognizes the following students for their outstanding achievements by naming them to the 2012-2013 Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.The following students have either graduated or anticipate graduation in May:

-       Timothy Adams of Gulfport, bachelor of arts in criminal justice

-       Aaron Broussard of Biloxi, bachelor of science in business administration

-       Jennifer Crosslin of Ocean Springs, master of arts in political science

-       Lonnie Dominique of Bay St. Louis, bachelor of arts in history

-       Michael Logan of Biloxi, bachelor of arts in criminal justice

-       James Loyd of Columbus, Ga., doctor of philosophy in human capital development

-       Shelby McGrew of Vancleave, bachelor of science in psychology

-       Karlea Meadows of Pass Christian, bachelor of science in business administration in marketing

-       Madeleine Michelli of Biloxi, bachelor of science in elementary education

-       Kyle Mickelson of D’Iberville, bachelor of science in human performance and recreation

-       Kristopher Perry of Biloxi, bachelor of science in psychology

-       Ambere Riggs of Gulfport, bachelor of science in nursing

-       Haddy Rikabi of Biloxi, bachelor of arts in political science

-       Mariah Senegal of Biloxi, bachelor of arts in foreign languages (Spanish) and bachelor of science in business administration in international business
