Southern Miss Prepares for Lighting the Way for the Holidays Ceremony PDF Print E-mail

University
of Southern Mississippi Physical Plant employees set up Christmas trees near the main entrance of the Hattiesburg campus in preparation for the university’s annual “Lighting the Way for the Holidays” ceremony, set for Wednesday Dec. 2.  The event gets underway at 5:30 p.m. on the front lawn of the Lucas Administration Building and will be followed by a tree lighting ceremony at 6:30 p.m. Visitors can have photos taken with the Southern Miss mascot Seymour decked out as Santa Claus, and enjoy a free cup of hot chocolate.
