Keltoum Rowland, instructor of French at The University of Southern Mississippi, speaks with the Consul General of France Pascal Le Deunff and Southern Miss Provost Dr. Robert Lyman Thursday, Feb. 25 on the Hattiesburg campus. Deunff met with Southern Miss students, faculty and administrators, as well as local and state officials, as part of a three-day tour of Mississippi to examine opportunities for collaboration with the state and France on various initiatives.
