Southern Miss Activities Council Crawfish Fest set for April 30 PDF Print E-mail

The University of Southern Mississippi Activities Council (SMAC) will host Crawfish Fest Friday, April 30 from 4-7 p.m. at Pride Field on the Hattiesburg campus. In case of rain, the event will be moved to the Payne Center. The cost is $10 per person, which may be charged to campus meal plan accounts using a Southern Miss identification card, and students, faculty and staff are invited.

In addition to boiled crawfish, the menu will include barbecued chicken; red beans and rice; chicken and sausage gumbo; cole slaw, corn on the cob; new potatoes; and funnel cakes. Entertainment will include a steel drum band and caricature drawings.
