WHAT: A significant development will be announced regarding the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at The University of Southern Mississippi and its mission toward future advancement. President Martha Saunders, OLLI Director Sue Pace and Dr. David Wolf, vice president for advancement will make the announcement.
WHEN: 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 2
WHERE: Asbury Annex at The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at The University of Southern Mississippi, located at 3601 Pearl St. in Hattiesburg
SPECIFICS: The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Southern Miss was founded in 1991 as the Institute for Learning in Retirement. Its purpose is to provide college-level educational, social and leadership opportunities for people age 50 and older.
