Holley, professor and chair of the Southern Miss Department of Philosophy and Religion, has served as a visiting scholar at the University of Delaware and the University of Notre Dame. In his latest book, “Meaning and Mystery: What It Means to Believe in God,” Holley proposes that God’s existence needs to be considered in the context of deciding about a life-orienting story.
