WHAT: More than 120 University of Southern Mississippi graduate students will present their research and papers as part of the 4th Annual Graduate Student Research Symposium. 

WHEN: 8 a.m. 5 p.m., Friday, March 26

WHERE:  Thad Cochran Center

SPECIFICS:  The Graduate Student Research Symposium provides graduate students an opportunity to present their research to faculty, staff, and students. The Symposium is designed to enhance the scholarly environment for graduate students and to highlight the quality, innovative, and diverse scholarship being done by Southern Miss graduate students.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER:  Dr. Orlando Taylor, president of the Washington, D.C., campus of the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, a senior fellow at the Association of American Colleges and University, a former vice provost for research, and graduate dean at Howard University will deliver the annual Martha D. Saunders Keynote Address entitled Addressing Global Issues Through Graduate Education.
