Representatives from Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems were on hand Friday, March 5 to officially sign a software partnership with the National Center for Spectator Sports Safety and Security (NCS4) at The University of Southern Mississippi. Southern Miss Provost Dr. Bob Lyman, seated left, and Lee Silvestre, vice president of Mission Innovation at Raytheon, signed the official agreement.
