The following events are being held at various locations in Hattiesburg and present both interview and photo opportunities for the media. Graphic design senior projects on display
: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
WHERE: Museum of Art on Hattiesburg campus.
EVENT: The exhibit features works created by 11 graduating seniors charged with the creation and defense of a substantial body of work as a graduation requirement. For information call 601-266-6823.

Life is a Snapshot exhibit on display at Saenger
: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
WHERE: Saenger Theatre in downtown Hattiesburg
EVENT: A total of 40 images have been selected for the exhibit that was juried by the Southern Miss Department of Anthropology and Sociology. 601-266-6823.


Outdoor Commencement ceremony set
: 9 a.m.
WHERE: M.M. Roberts Stadium on Hattiesburg campus.
EVENT: Former New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani will be the guest speaker for the spring Commencement festivities. More than 1,500 students are set to receive degrees. For information call 601-266-44891.
