Life is a Snapshot exhibit on display at Saenger WHEN: 8 a.m.-5 p.m. WHERE: Saenger Theatre in downtown Hattiesburg EVENT: A total of 40 images have been selected for the exhibit that was juried by the Southern Miss Department of Anthropology and Sociology. 601-266-6823.

Outdoor Commencement ceremony set WHEN: 9 a.m. WHERE: M.M. Roberts Stadium on Hattiesburg campus. EVENT: Former New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani will be the guest speaker for the spring Commencement festivities. More than 1,500 students are set to receive degrees.
