Marchand to Give Healthcare Reform Lecture at Southern Miss Gulf Park Campus |

Gary Marchand, president and CEO of Memorial Hospital at Gulfport, will present the lecture "Healthcare Reform - How Did We Get Here?" at noon Thursday, Jan. 28 in Holloway Complex Room A at The University of Southern Mississippi Gulf Park campus in Long Beach.
The lecture, sponsored by the USM Student Nurses Association Gulf Park, provides an overview of the real challenges and looming issues in healthcare, such as declining reimbursement rates, supply and demand for hospital beds and physician services, and other current challenges in healthcare delivery.
