Southern Miss Hosts Southern Invitational Choral Conference PDF Print E-mail

, Miss. – The University of Southern Mississippi’s student chapter of the American Choral Directors Association recently hosted more than 500 high school and community college choral students from Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Arkansas and Tennessee Sept. 27-28 for the fifth annual Southern Invitational Choral Conference (SICC). The group presented a performance, shown here, at Main Street Baptist Church during their visit to Hattiesburg.

Southern Miss also hosted guest clinicians from Houston and Northfield, Minn. at the conference, held at the university’s Thad Cochran Center.
