The University of Southern Mississippi baseball team returned home Wednesday from the College World Series in Omaha, Neb. and were greeted by Golden Eagles fans and media representatives at Pete Taylor Park. Southern Miss advanced to the NCAA’s elite eight men’s baseball tournament after winning their first regional and super regional baseball tournaments.
