Southern Miss to Offer Driver Education Program June 5-25 PDF Print E-mail

The School of Human Performance and Recreation at The University of Southern Mississippi will offer its Driver Education program to high school students June 5-June 25. Classes are offered in the morning and the afternoon and students must be at least 14 years of age and entering the ninth grade of school in the fall to attend classes.

Successful completion of the classes earns participants one-half credit toward his or her high school graduation, and most insurance companies offer a discount on car insurance if the insured driver has successfully completed this class.
