Rawls and Tousignant will be providing instructional design and training services respectively, at the Center for Education and Learning Technologies (CELT) located in Owings-McQuagge Hall, Room 103.

Rawls, a graduate of Southern Miss who has a bachelor's degree in environmental design and a master's degree in instruction technology, has been named the instructional designer for the CELT. A member of the university staff since 1984, Rawls also serves as an adjunct professor for the Center for Fashion Merchandising and Interior Design, where she teaches the Professional Presentations course.

During her service at Southern Miss, Rawls has served as the coordinator of Graphic Services for the Teaching Learning Resource Center, as the team leader of Multimedia Services for the Office of Technology Resources, and as the Instructional Technologies training and graphics specialist for the Office of Technology Resources. She continued her service as the documents and publications specialist for the Office of the Provost before accepting the position of instructional designer with the CELT. She is a member of the Consortium of College and University Media Centers.

Megan Mulloy Tousignant was recently named instructional technologies training specialist with the CELT.
