DELTA GAMMA SORORITY, PI KAPPA PHI FRATERNITY
EARN AUBREY K. LUCAS SCHOLARSHIP AWARD

HATTIESBURG- Two Southern Miss Greek Life organizations were honored Tuesday night with an award recognizing academic achievement.

Delta Gamma sorority and Pi Kappa Phi fraternity received the Aubrey K. Lucas Award, signifying the highest grade point average of the membership of a Greek organization at the university. Jennifer Phillips, a junior from New Orleans and president of Delta Gamma, and Brandon Belote, a senior from Vienna, Va., and president of Pi Kappa Phi, accepted the awards on behalf of their organizations.

The award is named for Dr. Aubrey K. Lucas, president emeritus of Southern Miss.
