HATTIESBURG
- The University of Southern Mississippi Department of Continuing
Education and Distributed Learning will offer a variety of courses
and camps this summer on the university's Hattiesburg campus.
In addition
to programs ranging from cheerleading camps to a creative writing
workshop for youth, the annual Girls State will be held again on
the Southern Miss campus, with rising high school senior women from
across Mississippi converging on campus to participate in educational
programs and activities related to understanding the process of
our state government.
