HATTIESBURG - The inaugural performance of the Southern Youth Singers will be held Monday, Dec. 13, at 6:30 p.m. at Court Street United Methodist Church in Hattiesburg, featuring a concert complete with holiday songs.

Southern Youth Singers is a youth chorus experience for students in grades four through eight that provides valuable skills in the choral and solo performance arts. Rehearsals take place on Monday afternoons from 4-6 p.m. at Court Street United Methodist Church. Olivia Reese and Anita Davis serve as directors of the program, which is sponsored by the Southern Miss Center for International and Continuing Education.
