Dr. Christopher Barry, an associate professor and director of clinical admissions with the Department of Psychology at The University of Southern Mississippi, will be interviewed today, April 25 from 3-4 p.m. Central Daylight Time (CDT) in a teleconference hosted by The Practice Institute (http://thepracticeinstitute.com/) as part of its Interviews with the Authors series. The focus of the interview will be on the book which Barry has co-authored, Narcissism and Machiavellianism in Youth: Implications for the Development of Adaptive and Maladaptive Behavior (http://www.apa.org/pubs/books/4317233.aspx). The interview will be archived for later access.
Barry also serves as undergraduate coordinator for the department. His research interests include risk and protective factors related to the development of child conduct problems and adolescent delinquency; self-esteem, narcissism and psychopathy in children and adolescents.
