Mac Forsyth, a professor of practice in the Department of Finance, Real Estate and Business Law at The University of Southern Mississippi will be the featured guest for a live broadcast of the Mississippi Public Broadcasting radio program “In Legal Terms.”
The broadcast is set for Tuesday, March 25 at 10 a.m. in the Thad Cochran Center, room 210 on the Hattiesburg campus. Students, faculty and staff are invited to attend this free event.
Forsyth holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law. A former municipal court judge, he is a member of the Mississippi State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the South Central Mississippi Bar Association and the Mississippi Council on Youth Court Judges. At Southern Miss, Forsyth teaches courses in business law, graduate business ethics, real estate law and estate planning.
Presented in conjunction with the University of Mississippi School of Law, “In Legal Terms” provides listeners with important information about everyday legal concerns ranging from those dealing with property, marriage and health, among others that affect our day to day lives.
