University of Southern Mississippi Police Chief Bob Hopkins will be the featured speaker for an in-service program on workplace violence Tuesday, Oct. 15 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Thad Cochran Center, room 218-A on the Hattiesburg campus.
With incidents of workplace violence increasing across the country, administrative office professionals must have the skills to sense and respond to danger. Hopkins will speak on best practices for assessing and responding to threats in the workplace.
