The University of Southern Mississippi Department of Educational Studies and Research is hosting an information session for students interested in its master’s program in Student Affairs Administration Thursday, Oct. 20 from 6-7 p.m. in room 200 of Owings-McQuagge Hall (College of Education and Psychology building). Light refreshments will be available.
The program can be completed in one calendar year for full-time students, provides the opportunity to gain both practical and theoretical knowledge in student affairs, and provides a foundation for students interested in pursuing doctoral studies in higher education.
This information session is an opportunity to learn about the program and its benefits, program requirements, the application process and to determine if it is a match for students’ interests and career goals. Current students, faculty, and program administrators will be present and available to answer questions.
