Routine Hazardous Materials Removal to take place Monday, Dec. 19 on Hattiesburg campus

On Monday, Dec. 19, hazardous materials stored in the Chain Technology Building and Johnson Science Tower on the Southern Miss Hattiesburg campus will be picked up for disposal off campus. This is a routine operation performed as a precaution in the interests of the safety of the campus community. The materials to be shipped do not pose a significant hazard, but must be stabilized to comply with hazardous materials shipping regulations.
