Southern Miss Spring Poetry Reading Series to Feature O’Gorman March 28

The College of Arts and Letters at The University of Southern Mississippi Gulf Coast will host this month’s session of the Spring Poetry Reading Series featuringMary Ann O’Gorman on Wednesday, March 28, at 7 p.m. in Room 204 of the Gulf Park campus library in Long Beach.

O’Gorman, an adjunct faculty member in the Department of English, is a writer of fiction, poetry, and non-fiction. Her work has appeared in The Bellingham Review, The Coe Review and the Double Dealer and a chapbook of her poetry, Life in This House, was published in 2008 by Finishing Line Press. She will read new poems and a short excerpt from her novel-in-progress, The Art of Being a Man.
