The Century Park Residential Community is a 215,958 SF project that will consist of four 4-story residential buildings, one 1-story Learning Center, one dedicated Energy Plant and a USM Police Kiosk. This residential community will be able to house 864 male or female students (Double Occupancy) each room will have a private bath. Each building is arranged to be overlooking outdoor plazas or quadrangle courtyard areas. A crosswalk to safely guide students across West 4th Street connects the Century Park Community to future phases of the pedestrian mall to the south. This project is scheduled to be completed in August 2010.

     Above is a Rendering of the new parking facility project. Budgeted at nearly 16 million dollars, the project will include 1200 + car spaces. The new Parking structure will consolidate parking in an accessible area on the perimeter of campus and is in keeping with The University’s master plan. The facility will be built using sustainable concepts and is in keeping with campus wide commitment to building greener and smarter. The project is scheduled for completion in 2010 -2011
