Special Event Parking Pass Request

We welcome our visitors to the university campus and want to make every effort to make this an enjoyable experience. We need your assistance in order to provide the best service for our visitors.

Parking is an increasingly scarce commodity on campus and the cost of maintaining and enhancing is increasing. In fairness to the university community, events utilizing these services should share in the expense of them.

Event Parking Pass(es) will be made available in a limited number of parking areas for various organizations sponsoring events on campus as approved by the Department of Parking Management.

Use of Pass(es)

Pass(es) may not be used by students, faculty or staff, visitors only.
Pass(es) are valid only on the date(s) shown and only in the areas designated.
Only original Pass(es) will be honored; Pass(es) may not be duplicated or altered.
Lost Pass(es) are not refundable.
Unused permit or Pass(es) for cancelled events are non-refundable.
Pass(es) may be exchanged at no cost for rescheduled events only.

* Event Parking Pass(es) do not guarantee a parking space. They provide the same opportunity to parking on campus enjoyed by faculty/staff and students.

Cost and Payment

Event Parking Pass(es) are available at a cost per vehicle per day listed below:

15 - 20	$8.00
21 - 25	$10.00
25 - 31	$12.00

Payment is required when services are render.
Payment may be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or Interdepartmental.
Parking for Special Event must be submitted three days in advance.
