Printing and Creative Services UPDATE

This is a university-wide communication to update the students, faculty and staff about matters of interest to the Southern Miss family.

Things are underway this new fiscal year. Some notes:

Starting a project

• Starting a project is easier than ever. Staff will facilitate a launch meeting prior to writing or designing it on your desk top. With this launch, the writing, design, approvals, proofing and quoting the printing and mailing are all coordinated.

Printing Services

• Printing is being managed to obtain the best price (saving you money). Gray Toney, Director, is securing printing, folding, tabbing, mailing and other special services you may need.

Policy: Paying for Printing

• All printing and graphics jobs must be processed through Printing Services prior to the issuance of a PO. Printing Services will obtain the PO through the Office of Purchasing.
