KNIGHT AND MEYERS JOIN SOUTHERN MISS GULF COAST

LONG BEACH, Miss. - The University of Southern Mississippi Gulf Coast welcomes Brynn Knight and Sharon Meyers to their new positions at the university.

Knight, Southern Miss Gulf Coast's new development liaison, is from Laurel. She is a Southern Miss graduate and holds a bachelor's degree in public relations.

Her duties as development liaison include maintaining internal and external contacts for the university and serving as a liaison between the Gulf Coast and Hattiesburg campuses. She also coordinates various fund-raising activities on campus.

Sharon Meyers, manager, end-user support at the Southern Regional Public Safety Institute at the Gulf Park campus, is a Southern Miss graduate with a bachelor's degree in American Studies and a master's degree in political science.

Meyers, of Long Beach, serves as a historian and evaluator for the newly developed Automated System Project.
