Gulfport—University of Southern Mississippi junior nursing major Heather Wrin monitors the blood pressure of a member of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Emergency Operations team. Southern Miss Gulf Coast nursing students conducted 161 blood pressure screenings for the Corps and FEMA. The workers are stationed in Diamondhead and are providing hurricane relief on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
