The Gulf of Mexico Program recognized fisheries biologist Harriet Perry, right, and microbiologist Dawn Rebarchik, both of the University of Southern Mississippi Gulf Coast Research Laboratory, for their impact on the health of the Gulf and of people using the Gulf.
