General Information
Registration Fees
The conference early bird fee is $75 per person when registration is postmarked on or before Sept. 25, 2009. Regular registration is $100 per person when registration is postmarked after Sept. 25, 2009. On-site registration is $110 if space is available. This fee includes conference sessions and refreshments during breaks. It does not include lunch or continuing education unit (CEU) fees. Additional materials and texts may be available for purchase on-site.
Refunds and Cancellations
Registrations are transferable but not refundable. Requests to transfer registration to another person must be made in writing to Southern Miss Office of Professional Development and Educational Outreach, 118 College Drive #5136, Hattiesburg, MS 39406-0001 and must be postmarked on or before October 17, 2009.
The University of Southern Mississippi reserves the right to cancel any program that has not reached minimum enrollment by the registration deadline. If the program is
cancelled, participants will be notified, and the full registration fee will be refunded. To avoid disappointment and inconvenience, please register early.
Continuing Education Units
Application has been made for CEUs from the following organizations: The University of Southern Mississippi, American Speech-Language Hearing Association, Mississippi Board of Examiners for Social Workers, Mississippi Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and the Mississippi Nurses Foundation, Inc., an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
If approved, these units will be available for an additional fee. Sign-up and fee payment for CEUs will be on-site at check-in only. Please do not include CEU payments with this registration form. Prepayment of CEU fees is not available. CEU registration is not available after the conference begins.
Southern Miss DuBard School for Language Disorders is approved by the Continuing Education Board of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) to provide continuing education activities in speech-language pathology and audiology. ASHA CE provider approval does not imply endorsement of course or seminar content, specific products or clinical procedures.

Hotel Accommodations
A block of rooms has been designated at the following hotels for the ADHD Conference. When making reservations, identify yourself as an ADHD Conference attendee in order to receive the conference rate. Reservations should be made as soon as possible but no later than the dates indicated.

Special Accommodations
If a participant has a disability that qualifies under the Americans with Disabilities Act and requires accommodations, the participant should contact the Southern Miss Office of Professional Development and Educational Outreach by phone at 601.266.4186 or by fax at 601.266.5839 at least two weeks prior to the conference.
