Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund and Cancellation requests must be made in writing and mailed to Southern Miss Office of Professional Development and Educational Outreach, 118 College Drive #5136, Hattiesburg, MS 39406-0001 or faxed to 601.266.5839. A $50 processing fee will be applied to refund and cancellation requests. The refund and cancellation request deadline is October 23, 2009. Refund cancellation requests will not be processed after October 23. Substitutes are allowed.
