Attention, Language Processing & Sensorimotor Disorders, November 14, 2008, Biloxi, Miss. - Recent research has confirmed that many children diagnosed with attention deficits have co-existing languages and sensorimotor disorders which are often overlooked, thus delaying much needed treatment. Participants will receive the practical tools they need to organize their own integrative diagnostic process, provide intervention within an interdisciplinary model and promote their own profession’s services in the entire management process, no matter what their profession of setting. From clinic to classroom, participants will learn step by step intervention which simultaneously address attention, language and sensorimotor skills.
