The Industrial Audiometry and Hearing Conservation Workshop
Hattiesburg, Miss.
The Industrial Audiometry and Hearing Conservation Workshop courses are specifically designed for industrial nurses, safety engineers, and other personnel responsible for initiating programs to comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) regulations applicable to noise and hearing loss. Participants learn to test hearing and to establish hearing conservation programs in the workplace. This training meets the requirements for the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation (CAOHC). The curriculum is devised in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) No. 29, Part 1910.95. Check back for new dates!

The Dubard Association Method Course
Hattiesburg, Miss.
The DuBard Association Method is a phonetic, multisensory teaching strategy that benefits children with severe language disorders and/or hearing impairments, learning disabilities, dyslexia, communication disorders, and other issues. It is also used with nondisabled children to establish a code-breaking system for reading skills. It has been utilized by the Southern Miss DuBard School for Language Disorders since 1962. The DuBard Association Method training courses of The University of Southern Mississippi DuBard School for Language Disorders holds accredited status from the International Multisensory Structured Language Education Council (IMSLEC) for its instructional programs at the Teaching, Instructor of Teaching, Therapy and Instructor of Therapy levels.
