This course is a program designed to provide you with an overview of key areas of human resource management. Materials are updated and developed
annually by certified human resource professionals. Materials include six
modules that provide practical, “real-world” information within each of the functional areas and responsibilities of human resource management. The
program is offered in partnership with the Society for Human Resource
Management as a course of study for the Professional in Human Resource
Management (PHR) and the Senior Professional in Human Resource
Management (SPHR) certification examinations administered by the HR
Certification Institute.
Besides being a powerful tool to assist you in preparing for the PHR and SPHR certification exams, the course also provides professional development for you and your HR department with content that is updated with the latest HR
