Dear Colleague,

The JACIE (Joint Agency Commercial Imagery Evaluation) team, is pleased to announce the schedule for the 2010 Civil Commercial Imagery Evaluation Workshop. The 2010 JACIE workshop will be held on March 16 - 18, 2010 at the Fairfax Marriott® at Fair Oaks in Fairfax, Virginia.
 
The topics for this year will focus on calibration, characterization, and validation information and associated applications of civil and commercial medium and high resolution satellite, aerial, and Radar, Lidar / SAR data. The Call for Abstracts will come out in a few weeks, however we wanted you to have plenty of time to plan for this great event.  

Important dates for this year's workshop are given below.
 
• September 1, 2009 - Call for abstracts will be open.  
• November 2, 2009 – Deadline for submission of abstracts
• December 18, 2009 – Final acceptance of presentation/poster e-mailed to submitter.
• Mar 16 - 18, 2010 - JACIE, Civil Commercial Imagery Evaluation Workshop

We will begin taking registrations at a later date.
