Bradley Charlesworth, B.S.
Bradley Charlesworthis the associate director of Alumni Reunions, Office of Alumni Relations, Tulane University. At Tulane, he is responsible for creating, planning and executing alumni reunion events. He also created and implemented the Tulane Alumni Association’s social media strategy, quadrupling the association’s reach as well as broadening the outlets communicated through.
After graduating from the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Mass Communication and Journalism in 2008, Bradley served as coordinator of New Media and Public Relations for Pi Kappa Phi National Headquarters, developing corporate marketing, social media strategy and creative content for three non-profit entities.
While serving in this role, he created digital conversations with students and alumni from across the country and developed Pi Kappa Phi into the most followed social media organization in their industry. He also served as assistant editor for Star & Lamp, Pi Kappa Phi's print and digital magazine. The Fraternity Communications Association recognized the magazine with awards for Best Print Magazine, Best Digital Magazine and Most Outstanding Story Packaging.
After working with Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity, Bradley joined the team at Gambel Communications in New Orleans, La. as a communications specialist. In this role he creatively managed communications strategies for iconic New Orleans brands such as the Steamboat Natchez, Entergy’s Office of Corporate Responsibility and the Business Council of New Orleans.
Bradley is passionate about community outreach, serving as Membership Committee chairman for the Young Leadership Council in New Orleans. He also biked more than 850 miles as a member of the Gear Up Florida team, a charity cycling event that raised more than $100,000 for people with disabilities.
