Other Ways to Register

Prompt registration is encouraged to assure your place in the conference. Registration fees are due at the time of registration.

We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, money order, check and purchase order. If paying with purchase order, a copy of the purchase order must be included with registration.

A confirmation of your registration will be sent to you after the registration has been processed. If you do not receive a registration confirmation, contact our registration office at 601.266.4186. Individuals who register less than five working days prior to a program date should register by phone to ensure confirmation of their registration.

REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Refund requests must be made in writing to the Office of Professional Development and Educational Outreach. Requests must be received five business days prior to start date to receive 100 percent refund less a $25 processing fee. Requests received after start date will not receive a refund. Substitutions are allowed.

Note: This is our standard refund and cancellation policy. Due to the nature of certain programs, there may be a different policy. Please check refund and cancellation policy prior to registering.

Southern Miss OPDEO reserves the right to cancel any program that does not reach the minimum enrollment. If a program is cancelled, participants will be notified, and the full registration fee will be refunded. OPDEO also reserves the right to postpone, limit enrollment, combine or split or change instructors and locations when necessary.
