HOW TO PLAY
Registration for trips is taken online or in person at the Outdoor Center located in the atrium of the Payne Center. After registering at the Outdoor Center, payment must be submitted to the Sales Office located in the atrium of the Payne Center. Fees are due at sign-up.
Cooperative trips are cost sharing. Listed fees are for transportation, group gear, group food, and/or instruction. Required pre-trip meetings are held to work out trip details.
Refund Policy:
The refund deadlines are 14 days prior to any pre-trip meeting and/or trip unless otherwise noted. If you cancel prior to the stated refund deadline, you are entitled to a partial refund (50% of the trip cost). If you cancel after the refund deadline, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Refunds for emergency situations will be handled on a case by case basis.
