Class Descriptions

Beginnger Spin - First time spinner? Don't feel comfortable with the bike? Rise and shine on Saturday morning and come in for Beginner Saturday Spin! The first 10 - 15 minutes of this class is a tutorial on getting to know the bike, how to adjust it to meet your needs and the basis of Spinning. During the rest of the alloted time, enjoy the ride! Class will be taught with the emphasis that there are new participants in the room. However, if you are an experienced spinner, you are welcome as well.
