The Gateway at Southern Miss is managed by the Pearl and Leaf Rivers Rails to Trails Recreational District. The District is made up of three counties and four municipalities whose representatives serve on the board of directors. The board meets monthly and their meetings are open to the public.
The Gateway is located at 2895 W 4th Street, under the Southern Miss water tower, and is the official welcome center of the Longleaf Trace.
The Gateway offers services such as classroom and meeting space rentals and bicycle rentals to the University and surrounding areas. Contact the Gateway at Southern Miss for pricing information.
